Thanks for the information! I'm up in the bay area but I definitely will boycott any haters :)

Keep the faith, faith. Thanks for fighting the trolls on my blog (I've started simply ignoring them).

This is very helpful information - and a good way to fight their evil discrimination - right in their fat-ass wallets.

Hi-Torque Publications - 4Wheel ATV Action

Oh shit. All I can do, for my part, is never buy another edition of that magazine for my husband.

All the other places/businesses I do not frequent anyway and wouldn't now if I did.

I echo candy man, Faith. Keep the push going. There are SO many people I know personally that believe that Prop 8's passing is a travesty and illegal, and not a one of them feel same-sex marriage in any way hinders their opposite-sex marriage (or their right to have one).

Ever since Wednesday morning, I've just been dazed by this result. Sad sad sad sad and angered.

Is there a good place to list all these places to boycott (in case people don't see this blog)? I for one would help fund a site and I'm sure others too - and to publicize it like mad. Thoughts? Thanks for your hard work!!!

Thanks for psoting this. It is really helpful. Here is a preliminary list that I got from http://wksstore.com/Home%202.htm

He has many other stores (over 51 El Pollo Locos, at least 4 Denny's and several Corner Bakery Cafe's).

I love El Pollo Loco too, but am not going to be eating there any time soon.

It's certainly your right to not patronize businesses you don't wish to, but you have to understand that Prop 8 supporters are sure to pick up the slack. And as you recall, there seemed to be more of them than there were of you....

No offense. I'm just sayin'.

I don't know of any extra places to boycott but I totally voted AGAINST Prop 8 and I fully support boycotting those that did. Keep the list coming!

I wrote about creating a database about the companies and people who supported 8 and to boycott them. The few people I spoke with stated they felt that was a little extreme. I'm happy to see that I'm not the only one who's interested in creating such a list and refusing to spend my money with said companies / persons.

We need to find out what Denny's he owns in So Cal... as I just found this on a site that lists jobs for WKS Restaurant Corporation

COMPANY HISTORY

WKS Restaurant Corporation began operating its 1st El Pollo Loco restaurant in 1988 in the City of Long Beach, California. WKS is currently the largest franchisee of El Pollo Loco restaurant chain, operating 50 plus units located in California, Arizona, and Denver. WKS currently employs 1,300 people in its El Pollo Loco operations.

WKS Restaurant Corporation is also a franchisee of Denny’s restaurants and currently operates four restaurants in the Southern California area, employing over 200 people.

In January of this year, WKS signed a development agreement with Corner Bakery Café, Inc. of Dallas, Texas to open 15 restaurants within the next seven years throughout the greater Phoenix, Arizona area.

In September 2007, WKS was honored by the International Franchise Association as a Franchisee of the Year.

If Sundance Film Festival acts as if NOTHING HAPPENED, would you please ask your patrons,

"Would you like that tub of popcorn lathered with hot buttered HATE or plain?"

Hey, for the record, of the three Palm Springs area El Pollo Locos, only the new one on Monterrey Drive in Palm Desert (near the new Lowes) is owned and operated by WSK. The two Cathedral City locations are owned by the parent company, El Pollo Loco inc.

That's good to know for us LA/OC queens that go out to the desert on the weekends!

Good info. for those of us LA/OC and SD queens that head out to the desert every weekend!

Guys and Gals! Denny's? Polio Loco?
Go to Hamburger Mary's on Broadway; then you simply must force an apple down the tube the following day! ("forcing an apple down the tube" is not innuendo, either.)

You don't think you gays are spreading any more hate by what you are doing? Posting peoples names on the internet so people can hate them? Posting hate and boycotting business so they will fail. You people are sick. You are not better. Get a life.

Blogger Unknown said...

It is time to boycott businesses that promote hate toward heterosexuals and families. Gays that have contempt for religion and married people need to arrest their angry attacks. Companies like Apple and Goggle need to be boycotted for paying $100.000 for hateful commercials lying about people with traditional marriage views.

You've got a lot on your plate. You barely have time to breathe between work, family, and social life! But you also have a bunch of stuff just sitting around your house doing nothing but taking up space.

That's where we come in. We're Juujbox—a full-service storage service in San Diego that helps people like you get rid of all their extra junk without worrying about the hassle of renting a unit or borrowing someone else's truck (which never works out).

Our prices start at $9.95 per month, and we'll pick up whatever you need us to take away from your place—even if it's just one item at a time. Then, we'll store it securely until you're ready for us to bring it back—and we can even deliver right to your door! Link: https://juujbox.com/pages/downtown-san-diego-storage
